     The rate suicide is swinging up in Nigeria this year is really alerting and sad, most people say it's caused by depression while other say it's caused by broken heart, buh I'll say it's lack of self esteem.
We need to wave our heart/thinking out of anything that can cause depression and if that is not working we can go out and mingle with friends and have fun
